Awaken Your Voice - A Voice Workshop with Heart

Time to Awaken your Voice In this afternoon of sacred space and Vocal Learnings, with Sunshine Coast Sacred Sound Channel, and Music Teacher Aaron Atman.

No musical or vocal experience is necessary and this workshop is suitable for absolute beginners.

On this day, you will experience a series of Simple, yet profound exercises to connect you to your voice. including:

• A group meditation,
• Toning in a group (Very Powerful!)
• breathing exercises,
• Learn how to sing your way through energy blocks and find strength in your voice,
• Learn how to connect to your personal power center and sing relaxed,
• Putting it all together with an uplifting song.

About Aaron:

Aaron is a multi instrumentalist / musician and shamanic practitioner, and has been singing and toning through his own personal healing journey for over 15 years. He channels sacred song in sound events and ceremony around South East Qld and is engaged with passing the skill-set on to another generation of singers.
